MULTIFUNCTIONAL OBJECT - ROVINKA

It is a non-cellular polyfunctional building with 4th floor composed of two building objects A and C and connecting object B.  Used material was reinforced concrete with a cantilever part on the 1st floor supported by steel columns of the "V" shape.

Apartment blocks - Na Uhlisku - Banská Bystrica

The supporting structure is made of reinforced concrete skeleton with reinforcing walls. It is divided into administrative and residential part. It is based on a reinforced concrete base plate. The ground plan shape is rugged. Underground floors serve as parking. Stage of processing - Building permit documentation.

Apartment blocks - Havranské - Banská Bystrica

The apartment building is made of reinforced concrete with 5 above-ground floors (+1 floors considered to be built in the future) and 2 underground floors. It is based on a reinforced concrete base plate. The ground-plan shape is lychobracular. The underground floors serve as parking and warehouses. The project also included engineering constructions such as retaining walls and access ramp on the 1st floor. Processing stage - documentation of construction realisation.

Residential house is made of reinforced concrete with 8 above ground and 2 underground floors. It is based on a reinforced concrete base plate. The ground plan shape is rugged. The underground floors serve as parking and warehouses. Stage of processing - Building permit documentation, Construction documentation.

Terasové domy - Bratislava - Dúbravka

The apartment house is designed as a reinforced concrete building. The shape is situated in rugged terrain with height offset of interconnected buildings serving as flats. In the house there are 4 floors and two underground floors. It is based across the board. The project contained two buildings of the Terraced Houses.
